PlacedMe is operated by BPTHK XYZ LLC. In this Policy, "PlacedMe," "we," "us," and "our" mean BPTHK XYZ LLC and the PlacedMe services we provide through placedme.com and related app surfaces.

This Policy covers the PlacedMe website, web app, authenticated workspace, job-search tools, application assistance features, communications features, support, and related operational activity.

• Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, authentication information, account settings, and support requests.
• Profile and career information, such as resume details, work history, education, skills, professional links, job preferences, and application-related answers you choose to provide.
• Application-assistance information, such as jobs, application materials, communications, files, third-party portal details, and related records that you provide or authorize us to handle.
• Technical and usage information, such as device/browser data, IP address, approximate location, cookies or similar identifiers, logs, diagnostics, security signals, and product usage events.

We do not ask you to provide Social Security numbers, government identity documents, payroll or bank account information, tax withholding details, emergency contacts, or background-check information during ordinary application preparation.

• Provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve PlacedMe.
• Set up and manage your account, profile, preferences, workspace, and support requests.
• Provide job-search, application-assistance, communication, and AI-assisted features based on your settings and instructions.
• Prepare, process, send, receive, organize, and track application-related information when you authorize us to do so.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, security incidents, and misuse of the service.
• Comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service, and respond to privacy or account requests.

PlacedMe uses AI and model providers to support job-search and application-assistance features. We send the minimum information reasonably needed for the requested feature and use controls designed to ground AI-assisted outputs in information you provide and relevant job context.

Despite these safeguards and our efforts to ground outputs in your information, AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular application. You are responsible for reviewing generated materials and application information before relying on them or authorizing submission.

When you authorize application activity through PlacedMe, we may send relevant application information, documents, contact information, or answers to employers, career sites, applicant tracking systems, and related third-party services. Those third parties process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Some third-party sites may restrict or block automated assistance. PlacedMe does not control those sites or their handling of your information after it is submitted to them.

• Service providers that help us run, secure, analyze, support, and improve PlacedMe.
• Employers, career sites, applicant tracking systems, and other destinations where you direct or authorize us to submit information or communicate on your behalf.
• Integration partners when needed to provide requested product features.
• Professional advisors, authorities, or other parties when needed to comply with law, protect rights, investigate security issues, prevent abuse, or enforce our Terms.
• A successor or affiliate as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may use personal information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising, and if we do, we will provide any notices and opt-out choices required by applicable law.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to provide authentication, maintain session state, remember preferences, protect the service, understand public website performance, and support analytics.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling necessary storage may prevent sign-in or workspace features from working correctly.

We retain user data while your account is active unless a shorter period applies. When you delete your account, PlacedMe starts deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to technical and legal limits.

Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, security logs, abuse-prevention records, legal holds, or records we are required to keep by law.

You can update much of your account and profile information in the app. You can also request access, correction, deletion, portability, or other privacy assistance by emailing hello@placedme.com.

Depending on your U.S. state, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete information, obtain a copy of information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. We will respond according to applicable law.

PlacedMe is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for job seekers who are old enough to use a professional job application service. If you believe a child provided personal information to PlacedMe, contact us at hello@placedme.com.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Policy with a new last-updated date. If required by law or if changes materially affect your rights, we will provide additional notice.
